Soma Group Partners w/ BioSystem Development in New Product Development
Soma finalizes partnership agreement with BioSystem Development, LLC in 2004 for the software development of an innovative new product called The AssayMAPª Protein Analysis System. Targeted for the Life Sciences and Biotechnology markets, AssayMAP combines a new consumable assay separation device with instrumentation for liquid handling and optical detection to enable ELISA-type immunoassays in 15 minutes or less, as well as microliter-scale sample purification for applications such as mass spectrometry.
